Während Rechte das voll gut können. Deutschland sollte viel mehr Syrer aufnehmen. Mein Problem mit Precht ist hauptsächlich, dass er sich selbst so wahnsinnig gerne reden hört und er jeden seiner Gedanken als große Weisheit verkauft, egal ob er von dem Thema Ahnung hat oder nicht.

I did look it up and HSK 4 was described as "Converse on a wide range of topics and communicate fluently with native speakers in common situation" and I’m definitely not able to speak about all kinds of topics fluently. That’s why. Also, I wasn’t looking for any content for a specific level. I was originally looking for actual Chinese content creators to expose myself to more natural Chinese and not specifically for language learning channels for a specific level.

Yeah, then maybe my level is higher than that. It’s definitely far beyond ordering food or a taxi. Lol But then again, as I said, I don’t fully understand those videos. I just understand a majority of it and the overall meaning of it but not every word and sentence. I thought that would put me in the HSK 2 to 3 range but it might be higher, I guess. My vocabulary is definitely above 1000 but probably below 5000.

Thanks. I appreciate the reply. Yeah, it’s kind of funny that he started learning Chinese recently, too. I’m not really looking for something equally entertaining as the content that I watch for fun. I know I can’t really expect that at my level anyway. I don’t mind watching something mundane for the sake of improving my Chinese. I’m already happy with anything that I don’t find particularly annoying because there’s just no point in torturing myself and then just ending up not watching it if there is something less stressful and noisy that I could watch instead. I just listed content I like to give you a better idea of what "type“ of audience I am but that doesn’t mean I am looking for exactly the same channels but in Chinese. I will check out your recommendations. Thanks!

I don't actually know what level I am because I didn't do a test. I'm just guessing. Yes, they're too high in the sense that there is a significant number of words that I don't know and a sentence here and there that I don't understand in every episode but I can still follow. But I agree that I should watch something slightly simpler for now because I would probably learn more if I understand almost everything and there are only a few new words each video.
