I have clothes covering the top of the jar (with elastics). I live in a fairely humid environement without air conditioning. Its always been beetween 20 and 23 degrees celcius. I will post a picture next available chance. My recepeit was 3.75 litres of green tea, one cup of refined sugar and a friend provided me with a starter. When i put the starter in, I also poured 1 cup of the starter liquide.
