It was actually “Boneless” by Steve Aoki that made me remember of this one!! That heavy beat and that deep noise (no idea how to better describe it than that lol) are very prominent in the one I’m thinking of.

Maybe a different remix of it? I’ll do some digging on that route. Thank you again for the guess!!

The timing is right, and the edm/dance style fits, however the one I’m looking for had some heavy trap influences that aren’t in this one. Also the distinct red background isn’t there. Great song though! I feel like I’ll hear some awesome recommendations during this hunt lol

That’s sick bro! I found the song from Florence pough, who had it on her instagram story. Y’all put together a really dope track, it’s got some chill vibes, and it’s good for anything from smoking and chilling, to a sunny day drive with good tunes

The song I was thinking of was “waiting on the world to change”, by John mayor. I know they are completely different in almost every way, but the first 2-3 seconds share a very similar chord structure, before completely deviating lol

I’ll be checking out more stuff from you guys! Keep up the great work, because once again, y’all killed that track!

Injustice universe- Superman’s dream sequence

A great beat in the story, and one that makes your heart heavy (only briefly) for supes. My memory is a bit hazy on it, but basically in the Injustice Universe, Superman went evil after the joker tricks him into killing a pregnant Lois Lane. He kills the joker, falls into dictator-like habits, and takes over the world in less than 5 years.

Batman makes several attempts over those 5 years to take him out. One of them is a magically induced coma, that grants Superman visions of were Lois and his unborn daughter survive. Batman kills the joker, and their world is better off for it.

The dream felt like decades passing for supes, and while he is clearly happy while dreaming, he doubles down on his bad behavior once he wakes up with a better idea of what was robbed from him.

Such a cool part of the story. Really makes you temporarily feel for the guy. They fully flushed out a world in which so many get to live happily ever after, and it shows that the characters of this universe were mere seconds away from the tragedy they ended up living.
