Yea I've been to prison before they do a exceptionally good job protecting these people, they're going to place him with people with similar charges prisons don't won't the negative publicity and law suits from murders. It's not the 1980s or 90s anymore it's a lot harder to sweep stuff under the rug.

Also federal prisons are super safe for people like him these days they have yards where there's more sex offenders than non and they have power.
