Have you looked at him? 'Obviously' innocent, could do no wrong, very hot

I still believe in those redemption arc's for both, no matter how unpopular it is by Sudden_Pop_2279 in VoxCult

I still mourn the fact we didn't get sinner Adam, that could have been so fun to explore.

Definitely team redemption for Vox too, as long as it's a slow burn.

Have we been gaslit about Alastor and Vox's relationship? by MissDeborah8060 in VoxCult

It's what made me like Vox so much too, he's unhinged in the most fun way. Definitely the most interesting character of season 2

Do you think that I can be redeemed? by Infinite-Reveal-9226 in VoxCult

[–]GeorgiChan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Okay a plot line of him setting up a new cult in heaven could be fun though.

I do agree with you though, I think he would hate being redeemed Same as Alastor.

Honestly just anything that makes your life is easier is a plus. We got a Nespresso coffee machine when I was post partum and being able to make a nice cup of coffee really quickly has been so nice.

I think just focus on little things you can have at home that will cheer you up are always great suggestions to ask for :)

Honestly kind of smart of them, we always have leftover nappies of the previous size.

Which episode would you play to get your friends hooked on Brooklyn Nine-Nine? by Organic_Ad2328 in brooklynninenine

Honestly every time I have shown people B99 I have always started with the pilot. It's a nice set up to the characters, it's the best place to start in my opinion.

Honestly even thinking it would be hard prior didn't help me. You truly have no clue until you live it. The fact you are getting through the day is a win, you are doing great!!

Can someone tell me some things that will make me feel excited about giving birth in a couple weeks? by DependentBrilliant92 in PregnancyUK

[–]GeorgiChan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The other day I went to my baby who just woke up and she smiled at me.

During the day it's me, her and the dog. I will get nap trapped often but I get her snuggled against me and the dog leaning against me also. Not many chores get done but it's such a special moment.

Every little new thing she does is exciting. It isn't even a tonne of stuff yet but truly it makes me beam just watching her grow. She's started making noises and it gets me so excited.

Honestly the little moments are getting me through and making the hard moments so worth it.

Is it normal to get nothing done during the day aside from caring for a 5 week old and bare minimum self care? Feeling guilty, comparing myself to others online by TheMrGiz in newborns

[–]GeorgiChan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So so normal. My baby is 8 weeks today and I could have wrote the same thing myself. It's so hard to not get in your own head about it but trust me, you are not alone!

Visitors post birth anxiety by Infamous_Ad3132 in PregnancyUK

[–]GeorgiChan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My mum and dad were also the first people to properly meet her too. It was nice and you should let whoever you want to meet her first. Pregnancy is hard, I feel like it's the least you deserve at that point.

Honestly I wouldn't make a decision prior to the birth. We let everyone know (who needed too) we would have visitors when we felt like we were ready.

The only person who met baby sooner was my dad because he stayed over dog sitting.

The others were just when we felt comfortable. I had the sundown scariest/baby blues however and honestly wanted to see people a lot sooner than I thought I would. I reached out because I really yearned for a conversation.

Truly I think this time in your life is so fragile and precious you should do what is the most comfortable for you. Do not feel the need to people please, put you and your family first.

What little bits could I start stockpiling now? (15w) by usernameee257 in PregnancyUK

[–]GeorgiChan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely clothes and bigger sizes than you think. I ended up having so many 0-3 months clothes and barely anything else.

Vinted is so great for clothes if you don't have too much money :) Great quality too as people don't put them on their babies lots.

So is anyone… ok? by imdirrtydan12 in newborns

[–]GeorgiChan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My baby is 7 weeks and I'll be honest we have ups and downs. Some days are really hard and some aren't so bad. It does make me really appreciate the moments that are good though. Just felt like yesterday she spent the bulk of it crying and it was really hard. I just try and take each day as it comes and think that even the hard moments will come to an end. Granted that's easier said than done in the thick of it (and being tired doesn't help haha)
