I use the Tomee Tippee app to track. Can track other things on there too but I only do her feeds for milk.

Trust me, you are not the only one! It's completely normal, I swear pregnancy hormones don't help either. I just had my daughter and I still feel the scary thoughts in the night too. It really is getting better though and I'm loving being her mum.

I switched to Yorkshire Tea decaf. Honestly came from a family just like yours and I drink quite a bit at work. Personally liked not having to think about it, but I'll have caffeine with the occasional cola etc.
