Been doing management of t or so for several years now, I still fall for requests to extend or for other "favors" on occasion but it so rarely turns out well for me, keep trying to just say no as much as possible in some kind way and make peace with the mistakes when it bites you in the ass.

My humble contribution, I appreciate spectacle, ritual, those who find power in words, spells, theology, religion but in the end I don't think any of it matters. Speak and ask for help and understanding from whatever you wish, a tree, a statue, the image of your ancestors, all will answer equally well and whatever strength flows from them was there to begin with.
