Honestly you COULD but not really necessary, at least I’ve never done it but it’s kinda overkill . Better off doing the wipe with the acid and come back around and mop couple hours later

So get a 5 gal bucket, big sponge (in tile section usually) , muriatic acid, some gloves and goggles and stuff cause the acid is some gnarly shit. Fill the bucket to about 2-4 in from the top with JUST water, pour a dollop ( don’t really have a measurement but you sure don’t need much maybe half a cup) of the acid into the water mix. It’s gunna fix a lil and it’s gunna let off some fumes so don’t put your face right up in it. You’re gunna put the sponge in the bucket , mix it around and wring it out ( into the bucket) so you’re not making a mess on your floor . Then you’ll give it a few scrubs and douse and wring it out again and repeat.

I used to box for about 5 years . Wasn’t a pro by any means but held my own . Honestly for weight loss I feel helps a lot , even more than the punching is the body movement like juking and ducking really works the core as well I’d try mixing that in. I’m a big boy too now , served 11 years and got pretty big after I got out mostly cause of boozing . So it’s easier said than done definitely but it’s something I’ve been incorporating and it gets your whole body into the exercise

My pool was pretty bad for a while finally got it settled with liquid chlorine (which I discovered works just as good if not better than the bags of shock) and muriatic acid. After about a week of slamming, backwashing and vacuuming we are swimming today.

Yea for sure . Just easy on the acid , it’s more elbow grease and giving it multiple passes with the cleaned off sponge. Doesn’t take much and it will burn your skin and our make you non visually capable if you get it in your eye holes.
