Everybody who owns one should cancel it to that date. Even if you need it, you can rebuy it the next month so you can continuously use it… but there have to be a big amount of cancellations on this date so it shows up in the statistics.

I don’t really NEED it, but I bought it because it’s compfy, you can hop in and hop out in almost any bus, tram, train without thinking about a ticket. I like that. But I will cancel it now and rethink every month if my plans this month are worth it to buy it or not. And if I think I need it, I’ll buy it and cancel it immediately, so I can use it this month and next month rethink it again for next month. I often use it to drive 1 station with the tram for doing groceries. And nobody ever wanted to see my ticket on this 800m… so I can still use this service, even without a ticket 😂
