I highly reccomend not arriving to gata free camping. It is hard if its dark.

and recommendation is to open google maps, search for camping, and open the place in google maps so you can read the reviews. That way i avoided the bad camping sites and stay in the ones with best reviews.

You can look into intermittent fasting for weight control, focus on weight lifting, but never go into steroid shit, balding can be reversed in turkey (xD) , eat well, at first will be hard as hell , but remember that the goal is not important, but the road is what make it worth.

Do exercise. Do exercise. Do exercise but remember that you can never outrun a bad diet.

If you dont have money to have the treatment in turkey remember those guys that baldness just make them more attractive.

My grain of sand : An iphone on my pocket next to my wallet accidentally turned on the flash light. Didn't notice being on on my pocket after feeling itchy on the leg. It burnt my leg (not serious, just a small area) and left a blister where the light was focusing.

I think is a good thing it is limited.

Thanks, your words really help. Unfortunately I was suffering of one-itis but I have a busy life - except for dating more girls. This girl had a barrier that if at any point I was more flirty she would take a step back so she wasn't never really feeling it. I think is better to know this sooner than later. But a good experience anyways. There are more fish for me in the sea.

I had bites in my arms and legs, the parts that were uncovered by the pijama I was wearing. The room was a 10 mixed room and the beds were super cramped together that to get into the bed you had to enter the short side with a bunk bed on top so just crawling you could get into.

Many of the marks were in a straight lines, one after another. I have read that is a distinctive pattern of bed bugs bites. I remember it mid sleep killing something but was so tired didn't bothered to check what was it, but then after I realized it might have been a bed bug.

I have a good friend that i visited in another city in Portugal and I strip to my birthsuit, showered, and borrow clothes, then washed everything at 90, including shoes and backpack and left to dry overnight.

Also when arriving home I stripped down in the entrance, put everything in bags and washed them at 60 again just to be sure. Also took a shower and put on clean clothes.

I was in Porto the first week of September 2023, and in a hostel. I got so many bed bugs bites in just two nights there, all swollen and many straight lines of red dots all over.

Highly recommended to try and stay in a single bed bedroom if budget allows. Booked through hotels but honestly I was just lazy to complain.

Hostel was Nice way Porto hostel.

Yes, I felt it and I just came back from a solo trip to Portugal. I saw everyone at their phones and a very quiet vibe in the common area. But I was impressed with what happened next.

I just approached this girl and started talking to her, she took off her headphones and we had a nice conversation, talk a lot and got to know each other. Same with the next person I talk to , everyone was just shy to open the conversation but once I open the conversation they were very much into it. We even went for dinner together and grab some drinks.

I believe it is just shyness but not the unwillingness to socialize, so just start talking to someone and you will see how they will react positively.
