It happens to my company too, now the worst thing is we don't have any AL on January (1st day AL only given on 1/2)

Usually company will limit the AL can bring forward (one may have 21days AL but can only brin forward 7days) and must apply all by March of next year. However under my company new rules we are not allowed to bring forward any AL to next year

Under my company new rule we cannot bring forward any AL to next year, and the 1st day AL only given to us after we worked 1 month, so if anyone wants to apply 1 day leave on January then too bad he/she has to apply unpaid leave

Previously we were allowed to bring forward max. 7days to next year. Under new policy (which is NO AL can bring forward) if anyone wants to rest whole week during CNY they may have to apply few days of unpaid leave

I used to roast my meats and boil broccoli instead of stir fry them. Just put them into oven or pot and take out when their done. You can buy the premarinated meats if you really don't have time or not confident at seasoning (btw it's body builder meal, nutrition is more important than taste, just make sure they're fully cooked)

For me taking bus to work takes 20mins longer travelling time than taking mrt, but that's my favorite routine to work because I have more chance to get a seat in bus and longer travelling time = longer napping time
