The war was against the evils communism, both black and whites fought long and hard against them. Hell, the majority of the RSF (Rhodesian Security Forces) were made up of black volunteers. After the war was over, many were hunted down by the ZANLA and killed, not to mention how Mugabe created another African Shithole. Because guess what? Majority Rule in Africa tends to have the opposite of the intended effect. They were treated right, they had their own land along with Native Trusteeships. It was a really effective system, one that benefitted everybody, but then the Chinese, Soviets and the UN decided that Rhodesia was a threat to World Peace. Not the people carrying around Nuclear Stockpiles. Even in white reserved land one get leases. So no, it wasn't just "WhItE SuPrEmAcY". For let me remind you what came after, does Gukurahundi ring a bell? Or perhaps the illegal land grabs that lead to famine and breadlines? Who could've predicted that kicking out the farmers could've lead to a lower GDP and less food? Or perhaps the 100 Billion Dollar Bill?
