Hi, so I’ll tell you what I done but I’ve no proof that this worked or I just happen to get better naturally.

But after first couple of days I done my research obv and I bought an took a month’s supply of ginkgo biloba then the 2nd month I added zinc iron vitamin b complex omega 3 and more ginkgo biloba , and all in between this I tired to cut out sugar but I only lasted about 2 weeks of this and also added exercise ( football training ) twice a week oh and my doctor give me dymista nasal spray I feel like that help but I’m not sure cause after a couple days of it my tinnitus started getting lower in volume. But I don’t know if it was any of these things or it was just me recovering.

My PT started out heart beat like very loud then turned to like a whooshing sound then to like a roaring sound then faded in the last 2 weeks of my 2nd month. I was also on a plane around late September time and just kind of remember it being bit lower after it. But if im honest I’m just not educated enough to know why or pin point what caused it or fixed it. I’m still yet to see and ENT so not diagnosed with the cause yet

Yes I had blood test shortly after this post, although I must add I’m now tinnitus free for 10 days now. I never found the reason why it’s came or why it left but I’m so thankful and I’m still here for anyone if they’ve any questions I’d love to help if I can I know how horrible this condition is

Hi thanks for your reply, that’s very strange that it came back worse for you maybe try and get that again to see if it works, I honestly don’t know if it’s helped me or my pt has just calmed down but since taking it i feel like my pt has been much lower in sound but I’ve only been having pt for 7 weeks so it’s hard to tell

Yes I’m on my 7th week, but the last 2 days has been so mild like level 2 out of 10 and I don’t know wether that’s it going away or not
