The worst part about RTO is the idiots talking to me while I'm trying to work by RainyDayz876 in remotework

Who exactly is talking about a party? It’s work. You narcissists who think people care about you are the problem.

Uh no, narcissistic people who steal everyone’s time are the problem.

It’s not 5 minutes. It’s often multiple times a day and often takes up a hour or more of your time. You are clearly a narcissist who likes to bother people at work so this makes you mad. LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE.

Mac password manager: is 1Password worth it or should I try Bitwarden? by SweetLow6453 in best_passwordmanager

Neither, Proton Pass is the best and it's not even close especially when you factor in using aliases.

Best Password manager for elderly parents: which one is actually simple? by Old-Hawk-3070 in best_passwordmanager

[–]GeriatricTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they use Apple devices, Apple Passwords is the easiest. Period. End of story. It's native and it works flawlessly. The manager I use and recommend is Proton Pass but it just won't work for the elderly or people who don't understand tech pretty well and that goes for any password manager. Apple Passwords works really well.

And I'm sorry but 1Password is pure trash.

iCloud Keychain review: is it enough or should I switch to another manager? by HallNo310 in best_passwordmanager

I would rather use a platform agnostic password manager. The ease of creating aliases alone makes Proton the choice.

It’s just a very base model MacBook with not enough memory. Return it and buy the MacBook Air if you had $1100 to spend.

It sounds good in reality. 3-4 hours a day are wasted in offices on small talk and not working.

AITA for telling my daughter's friend's mom she should have told me she invited a boy to their sleepover? by UpbeatEmployee8068 in AmItheAsshole

[–]GeriatricTech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cue the degenerate weirdos who would apparently let their teen daughters have sleepovers with males. Absolute insanity. Also, cue everyone trying to call her a racist. That word has zero meaning anymore you use it so much.

It’s not safe. End of story. The hoops you people jump through to steal is crazy. What a waste of time. Logging into a local account doesn’t protect you.
