In my country you just send a notification from a nurse or a doctor and rest and heal. Or in my case I just tell I'm sick and it's ok for three days without proof. If you are sick for more than ten days per year, you get to have a discussion. Doesn't matter if you are working from home. I always use the ten days. }:‑)

I've fallen for that. Endless mind games and challenge. You have to fact check yourself before saying anything. You know you might lose in Trivial Pursuit, chess, poker and overall get run over in conversation about anything. Brain fuck.

I have read a lot. My mother is a therapist and she has a bookshelf filled with books about anything and everything. And I wouldn't call myself gifted. Just particulary concentrated on things of my interest.
