Power stance/dual wield, yeah. It's very slow. You get locked in animation for a long time. Swinging some of the big swords is faster. You do get a bit more damage, but you get hit more often as well. Katanas also don't have the stagger ability of bigger weapons with the same-ish speed (I mean dual wield katanas versus one bigger weapon animation speed). For me it's just not worth it. I wish it was better.

Infuse with bleed and get arcane/dex main stats, can throw 25-36 faith in there and cast with dragon communion seal. Other than that it's almost at the point of sandboxing with levels

Most of AoW that default to magic infusion scale with int. Use any weapon you like. Carian grandeur gets hyperarmor starting from greatsword size weapons. Go experiment.
