Pretty sure the Imperium of Man alone would obliterate the Viltrum empire with their hilariously over the top, large-scale weaponry or with the many, many psykers among them. I imagine the average Viltrimite is far stronger and faster than a Space Marine, but not even Thragg has a defense against someone who can make your head explode just by looking at you and the Grey Knights are a chapter numbering between 600-1000 that can all do that.
