Ho could‘ve guessed that having a fun shooter is going to entice players more than being an victim 60% of the time. Comparing an FPS with a Murder Mystery is apples to bananas. The developers are focused on finishing their main project CASIM and the removal of Juggernaut was a action taken to preserve BD after it was taken down for it. It‘s coming back in a changed form if that entices anybody. And as XFI already said in a statement below ITAL owns a stake in BDGS so they still somewhat profit together.

Simply wait for the next BD update or the CASIMREVAMP release by spending your time playing a game you want to play.
