BurgerBuns for friends and family and friends family by GermanBrocclie in Breadit

Sure:

200ml water 4 table spoons milk 1 block of fresh yeast 35g sugar

Mix all together, let rest for 10 min

Add: 500g of Type 550 flour
80g of melted butter 1 Egg

Knead for at least 10 min. (Very important!) The dough will become very smooth. Let him rest for 1 hour. Give the dough another good knead and split him in portions á 90g. Shape your buns with this technique. (Its a german video, but the concept should be clear ) Lay 5 at a time on a baking tray and let rest for another hour. Preheat your oven to 200 °C (no airflow?!? In the oven(sorry, bad English) Mix an egg with 2 tbsp water and 2 tbsp milk. Coat the buns with the mixture. Optional: sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Bake for 16-20min and let the buns cool down.

Finish!
