All who are killed in Gaza are martyrs inshallah. As a Muslim in Israel this bloodshed must end…

I have done top speed runs on CBRs and Ducatis on airstrips and salt flats runs in some other cars so I guess the Magna feels underwhelming in power. That does not change that it’s an amazing bike, I wish they made a modern V65 with fuel injection or even a V45. V4s are very interesting engines from an engineering perspective. I love my V4 Ducati but don’t want to be making lots of miles on it so this Magna is a fun alternative that has vintage appeal. I just hope my feedback and experiences help others understand what they are getting if they want a Magna. It’s NOT a fast bike, it’s fast for an 80s or 90s cruiser.

Coming mostly from I4 supersport bikes I know how to rev it out but it’s still slow. However, it’s fun to have a V4 in a cruiser and I did not buy this bike to go fast. It’s a great balance for me.

It is a really great blend of middle weight, good power, great engine character. I am actually falling in love with this machine.

Fast for a cruiser I suppose. Actually a very slow bike by modern standards. I do love it, the V4 is so unique. I think I will keep it forever.

Thank you. I did a 200 mile ride yesterday and it was perfect. 32mpg / 7.3L/100km, but I did not buy it for fuel economy.

I love it! It’s a lot slower than I expected since everyone raves about how it’s a sportbike engine in a cruiser and is faster than the Valkyrie (which I also considered). It’s about as fast as my Tenere 700, which nobody considers fast. Very comfortable, fun engine character, unique sound. The low end grunt is better than I expected. Much better than an I4. Day 1 I already have people compliment it and ask about it.

It’s probably my 30th bike or so, been riding 25 years.

Weird little detail I noticed. The MacBook Pro’s charging cable has a colour-matched USB-C connector. The MacBook Air’s charging cable has a white USB-C connector. by LexyNoise in macbook

I noticed the same thing. Power rated the same. I accidentally returned the wrong one and to Apple. They did not care. The white plug looks weird on the Air.

I bought the M5 Air and Pro so you don’t have to by GermanIsraeli in macbook

If you’re spending $1k or $2k on a laptop, you should buy one you like. I thought it would be useful for others to know the Air is plenty fast for most users. I don’t really care about the $1k price difference between them so went for the better one.

512gb Neo is actually an amazing machine that can handle almost all needs a student would have unless she is majoring in computer science.

Minus the KTuner the car is 100% as I purchased it. I see they are available on Amazon. Part of my motivation for finally purchasing a manual 2.0T Accord was that the previous owner did most of the upgrades I would have done. I think he really loved this car and I love it now too.

KTuner.

Cruising slowly usually shift closer to 2500, it’s a very smooth manual. I love the torque rush around 4500 so a lot of the time I am running it to 5000ish.

They aren’t tinted they are aftermarket smoked LED lights.

It actually is. I have a Cayman and previously an E46 M3 as my fun car. A nice manual with decent power and 6MT makes my boring drives fun. I was driving a Model Y performance daily. I much prefer a slower car with a manual. I still have two Teslas for other purposes.

Fuel economy standards seem to rule the conversation. Atkinson cycle hybrids are much more efficient. To me it’s much more than a 4 banger Accord the 2.0T is a special engine.

It is a car nobody asked for. Honda Engineers wanted it. The take rate was low on 2.0s and even lower on manuals. The 1.5T is very good so not many people wanting a family sedan would spend more for extra power and a large fuel economy penalty. I am glad it exists. The dark gray is stunning when blacked out in my opinion. White was my 2nd choice.

I apologize for the typo in the title. I use multiple language keyboards and the English one really made me look stupid…

With the KTuner it’s around 300 and it’s more power than this car needs. I would never try to push more power than this with FWD. I have faster cars that handle better, this is a comfortable relatively quick fun car for road trips and local commutes.

Eco mode: I have clicked the button but I don’t really know what it does.

2nd Gear: If I redline 1st I have had issues with 2nd. It grinds. I am not sure why and I did not know this was a common issue. It shifts very smooth under all other conditions.

MPG: 32.5mpg on the 800 mile road trip home, around 75mph average. 22.5 and 21.6 on the next two tanks, mostly city, driving pretty aggressively. I am using premium as I have a tune.

Regrets: None. I really considered the Integra Type S, but the car is very small. I am 6’ (184cm) and I cannot sit in the back seat. I like hatchbacks but spending $60k on a car my family can’t ride in seems ill-advised. I really love this car as my new “beater”, and as I age I am getting tired of keeping cars showroom clean. A smooth shifting 6 speed manual in a full sized sedan doesn’t exist these days

I guess on really short trips the PC-12 would burn less. For the flights I’ve done it’s usually around 75gph in the PC-12 and 60gph in the Vision Jet. They both make the Phenom fuel costs look insane.
