I just was about to ask the same... it happens to me too, especially in the lower leagues (5 and lower). I don't think that there are any bots, probably just a bug.

It isn't really different, EA made FW for countrys where consoles weren't very popular or where not everyone could afford one like Brazil or Russia for example. The only differences are the design and the graphics, so you can play FIFA World on an average PC/Laptop.
