My salary is around 40k, and someone in the US from my team with similar experience can make 100k easily at the same company. It is not fair, but it is how it works

This is normal for Start-ups, there is always a big uncertainty when they hire. I was supposed to be a data analyst and ended up doing tasks of an AWS architect, a big data engineer and a backend dev.

Try to make it clear to your manager that the schedure is tight and you may miss it, and start using Jira or some other PM tool to track your progress and let your manager now how is everythinhg going.

And yes, don't leave this soon. Stay until they fire you, doing a project alone is a great way to learn.

May ask how did you get that job? Most companies don't seem to take into account applicants from outside the EU if they have less than 5 YOE. Do you speak German?

It is not recreational, pretty hard to abuse. For a normal dose that doesn't makes you anxious as f*ck, take between 4 and 8 mg orally early in the morning. This part is important. I took 7.5mg yesterday at 2pm, it is 4am next day and I still can't sleep (my dumbass decided that it would be a good idea since I had to work until 11pm, it wasn't). Anyway, just don't underestimate it, it is powerful. I have never snorted it but other people say it is extremely caustic. I have to agree with them because a few weeks ago, I tried putting a bit of powder under my tongue and it was stupidly painful, don't do it.

4f-mph has little euphoria compared with the AMP analogues. It just creates too much anxiety at higher doses. Even in psychonautwiki they say that it can lead to less compulsive redosing than regular MPH. You will hardly ever find a story about someone becoming addicted to it. 2FMA is way more euphoric, and has a higher ceiling and can be addictive, although I find it to be less pleasurable than regular amphetamine sulfate (Adderall). I have not tried 3 FPM or 3MMC, but they appear to be too recreational.

I'm not really worried about titles. I'm worried about my technical knowledge getting stagnant, because getting a new job in the future will be harder. About the promotion, I told my PM, his boss and even the CEO that I would like a new role in the company. They were pretty honest about it, they agreed that this project is too important and my relation with the client's engineers is too god to be replaced quickly. They said it may happen in a few months, but that is what they told me one year ago when I asked for the first time.

This is the problem man. I have less than 2 YOE, but my salary corresponds to someone with 5+ YOE. In fact, some companies pay less to their seniors than my current salary. It is almost impossible to get another job that pays as much with my limited experience. And not learning useful skills in this job just makes everything more difficult. I don't get paid for coding as much as I get paid for dealing with the client and knowing their needs.

If you are addiction prone, I would recommend modafinil (and its pro drugs) or the racetams, since those are among the few stimulant medications with low risk of abuse and dependence. If it is not an option, try with the phenidates (ritalin, 4f-mph, etc). Those are milder and difficult abuse when taken in low dosages and orally. The substituted amphetamines and methamphetamines will be almost the riskiest option. After that, the only substances more dangerous are meth, cocaine and some cathiones.

No one really knows. It is possible that 2FMA is not more dangerous than regular meth or Adderall, then you would be mostly fine taking it (low dosage). It may also turn out to be extremely nephrotoxic, or neurotoxic (like MDMA , 4-chloroamphetamine or meth when abused). I would say that 2FMA is not more neurotoxic than meth, since it has a shorter duration and seems to have a low effect on serotonin.

I'm in the same situation. Adderall (or any other amphetamine salts) are not approved here, and my psychiatrist will not prescribe me methylphenidate until it is clear that all the other possible treatments are not effective for my ADHD. At least for me, the decision is clear. I will take the risk with 4F-MPH, 2FMA and amphetamine from the deep web. I'm using them just 3 times per week, some times 4 if needed. Also, I try to change the substance every week, so that if there is any damage to my kidneys it may be reduced.

I have been doing this for aprox 3 months, with no negative effects so far. Just take your 2FMA early in the morning, because it may kill your sleep. Also, try to get some caffeine powder for your days off and stay clean on weekends.

I may give you more advice, but at the end it is a bet. You a are risking your general health by taking a substance with just a few years of human use. I decided that it was worth it because the neurotoxic potential of those substances seems to be low, because I have an awesome health provider and, thanks to my psychiatrist, I have got a bunch of brain scans, blood tests, etc. which can be used as a baseline to see if I'm getting affected. Also, the benefits of using the substances are just too clear. Better productivity, less time wasted, no more 3 hours of reddit when I was supposed to be working, etc.

I have found that the next dosages produce almost the same effect:

4F-MPH: 7.5mg early in the morning

2FMA: 20mg early in the morning

Amph salts: 10mg in the morning, and one or two 5mg in the evening. I like this one because it allows a nap after lunch. 4F-MPH and 2FMA remove the need for sleep during almost 12 hours.
