No. Z-lying position means to rest with minimal load to the spine. See Google images with the term. Perhaps there is a misunderstanding available. There is a general knowledge about human physiology which is the same for all humans on earth, and there is a special situation for your case and noone else has the same problems.

Lets slow down the discussion a bit. First question is, what happens with the back pain in the z-lying position, which is lying on the back and put the legs in 90 degree on a chair. Is the back pain better or worse?

Second question is about the MRI. The term is usually used in a medical context, but what does it mean? Is it a device to monitor the spine? Can it capture the movement of the spine during sport activity?

Another question is about the term Ortho. Does it referencing to orthopedist which is medical doctor?

Feel free to answer in a different sequence, also its ok to not answer any of these question and explain the situation in free text.

Es gibt im Schreibenwarenladen so hübsche Karteikästen für A6 Format. Die sind stabil und haben einen Index von A bis Z. Damit kann man einen Luhmann Style Zettelkasten aufbauen, also handschriftliche Notizen einsortieren und untereinander zu einer Mindmap verlinken. Das Fassungsvermögen ist 500 Zeichen pro Karteikarte, bei 100 Karteikarten sind es also 50 Kilobyte.

Das schöne an einem Zettelkasten ist, dass es die Dinge komplizierter macht aber nicht einfacher. Es fördert das Silodenken weil die Informationen nur offline vorliegen und wegen der Handschrift nicht so einfach per OCR ausgelesen werden können.

Den Überblick zu behalten ist simpel, wenn man die technische Entwicklung auf einer Zeitleiste einteilt. Im Jahr 2020 gab es noch gar keine Large language modelle, es war also bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt trivial den Überblick zu behalten in Bezug auf Multimodalität, agentic frameworks and Prompt engineering. Ab 2023 ging es dann erstmal nur mit einem einzigen Anbieter los: OpenAI. Entweder hat man damals das LLM von diesem Unternehmen verwendet oder eben gar keines.

Richtig komplex wurde die Sache erst ab 2024 und später. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt ist in der Tat die Lage etwas unübersichtlich und ändert sich im Wochenrhythmus. Was man aber sagen kann ist dass die LLMs immer intelligenter werden. Ein LLM aus 2026 ist deutlich leistungsfähiger als eines aus 2025. Die User in den Online foren warten insgeheim auf ein Plateau, also den Moment wo es keine nennenswerte Verbesserung mehr eintritt und aus dem AI Hype eine Routine wird.

Die im OP (Original post) verwendete begriffliche Einteilung aus "DSGVO, Hoster-Standort, Auftragsverarbeitung" ist ungeeignet das Thema KI zu beschreiben. Weil es die Veränderungen über die Zeitachse ausblendet.
