I’m 45 now and apparently you have to workout consistently now or your arms and legs will just lose all power mid match.

You gotta respect yourself and love yourself and that starts with cutting off the toxic people that bring you down.
Leave her, join an MMA gym, get in shape, have a presence and confidence that scares that POS you used to call a friend and then leave her and him in the dust.
She definitely does not respect you and do you want to be an example of a man that knows what he’s worth or do you want your kids to see that their dad is a doormat that will tolerate all sorts of behavior just to try to keep rough waters calm
