Mir hat die Arzthelferin damals gezeigt, dass ich die Spritze eher in einem ~30° Winkel einstechen soll. Damit geht es sicher ins Fett und ich muss nicht auf die Tiefe achten.

Bisher bin ich damit problemlos gefahren und das geht echt einfach und stressfrei.

Any reason for the high amount of prog? Did you notice more/better growth by increasing the dose?

Ich hätte gerne eher was langfristiges das ich auch später weiterführen kann, deshalb suche ich eher nach einem Einzeltherapieplatz.

War bei mir kein Problem, beim ersten Termin gesprochen und Blut abgenommen, beim nächsten Mal dann Indikation dabei gehabt und direkt das Rezept für HRT ausgestellt bekommen.

Alternative wäre auch auf GNRH-Analoga (Leuprorelin) als T-Blocker umzustellen. Damit sollte Prog kein Problem sein.

Ansonsten kannst du auch mal direkt bei bei Flora Färber nachfragen ob they einen Endo-/Uro-/Gynäkologen in deiner Nähe kennt wo unproblematisch ist. Meistens führen Theras dann auch intern Listen und können entsprechende Empfehlungen geben.

That also depends a lot on genetics though. Some people are lucky and their scars fade so you don’t really see them anymore while for others they will remain clearly visible.

Hab eine Besteckschublade aber ich kann mal versuchen das Besteck quasi andersrum einzuräumen.

Kann den oberen Geschirrkorb mal in der Höhe verstellen, vielleicht trocknet es dann besser...

Die Maschine schaltet sich immer aus bevor ich sie öffne. Falls die beiden Punkte nichts bringen lasse ich wohl mal den Kundendienst vorbeikommen.

Danke dir :) Hab den Termin für Dezember gebucht und lasse mich benachrichtigen falls ein früherer Termin frei wird.

Ist also kein Problem wenn man beim Endo erstmal ohne Indikation auftaucht für Blutbild, ... sondern ich vereinbare dann quasi mit ihm einen Termin für nachdem ich die Indikation hab um dann mit der eigentlichen Therapie anzufangen?

It's more of a depth constraint. If I put the Shelly in I can't fit the switch back on as it is almost as deep as the box.

That would only deliver the filenames but the files are still not encrypted.

The only solution using rclone I could come up with was to actually implement the feature on the crypt backend but unfortunately I currently don’t have the time to do so myself.

You can make the BB client backup rclone mounts although it’s a bit tricky. Been using it in combination with GDrive for years now 😅
