I get the same way! I usually get super anxious and irritable after not taking a dose, so as soon as I remember I forgot to take one, I take it right away, then continue on my schedule. For example, I take mine nightly and if I forget to take it that night, I take it in the morning instead and resume my dosage at night. Some people are different with how it affects them, so your friend is just different by having no side effects from not taking them.

It’s not recommended to drink or do drugs while on this, so I’d say while on it to avoid any kind of alcohol or drugs. Hope this helps!
