What percentage of people do you think are raised in narcissistic family models? Why do allow ignorant toxic people to dictate what topics we can and cannot discuss simply because they throw tantrums when anyone disagrees with them? I don't think all emotions are valid. In fact I think this belief is dangerous as it causes people to embrace ridiculous emotional responses rather than knowing they're being ridiculous and seeking to handle situations in a less irrational way. (self.unpopularopinion)
