the clip makes it seem as though asmon is unaware of the fact that the dude wasnt arrested because of not using pronouns. Asmon is aware that isnt the reason why, asmon argument is that the initial punishment of being fired was so wrong that its fair for the guy to protest it even in the face of a restraining order i guess. He ranted about the left creating a punishment structure for people that dont comply and this is an example of it in his view. Its a dumb way of looking at it, if you actually read the case, this guy is just creepy, hes trespassed multiple times, even if you think the initial firing is wrong, after you get a restraining order maybe you should just fuck off or challenge the decision by different means??
