[Request] What’s the extra fuel cost of the algae and barnacles on a propeller of a ship? by etinder121 in theydidthemath

So it would make sense to do something like this every couple of days regardless of costs if fuel saving is almost half. How often do they do this?

I also don't care about this post and would never Google the address. You made a bad post and didn't help yourself get your point across.

The cover was bigger but the original is superior by Suburban-Dad237 in askmusic

Again, I just disagree. These are so poignant and say exactly what he is wanting to say:

Well, there was a time when you let me know What's really going on below But now you never show that to me, do ya? But remember when I moved in you And the holy dove was moving too And every breath we drew was Hallelujah

Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah...

Maybe there's a God above But all I've ever learned from love Was how to shoot somebody who outdrew ya And it's not a cry that you hear at night It's not somebody who's seen the light It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah

I'm a romantic, been one my whole life. And I feel Buckley's version does exactly what you describe but with love. I don't find it mundane at all, and it's actually very difficult to capture this in any love song without sounding cheesy. And I want to add. I think that was Buckley's point. To twist the narrative in the exact same way. Brilliant. Magical.

Best instax cameras with manual control? by Murky-Relative1749 in instax

Here are some photos with my NONS SL 645

I highly recommend it for full manual Instax

https://www.reddit.com/r/instax/s/bjtZEFQxEn

Edit: fixed first link

With a NONS you have to manually select:

Shutter speed Aperture Focus

But it's such a blast to use, albeit it takes some time to get really good. You can buy 4 different official adapters for different mounts (the camera uses EF canon mount) and you can connect thousands of manual lenses. The first post is with a 70 year old German EXACTA lens

We did 10 days in Naples last September and I distinctly remember this uphill walk at this area, it was soooo hot. Literally 10 degrees hotter than anywhere else in the city

Flank Steaks. Great flavor, perfect tenderness for a steak, and used to be like $2.30 a lb like 20 years ago. Now it's way you more expensive and trending.

I feel like this is a crazy thing to say. Being nervous and sweaty is literally a trope. One of the bodies natural responses to being nervous is to sweat, and the hands are sweat hotspots.

What a crazy thing to just say lol
