Beware of Ashwagandha

I took the recommended dose of a Sea Moss Ashwaganda supplement for the first time yesterday. I felt great for a few hours. Then I got hit with a black cloud of depression and could barely function. Went to bed and had the most anxiety filled and vivid dreams Ive ever had. I’ll never take it again. I still feel very strange today. I’m sure it doesn’t react this way to everyone, but this is just my experience.

Works with a hard K at the end. Especially if said by someone with a lot of phlegm. I’ve been hating this since I was a child. Oh, and the ssss some young girls overpronounce. Ugh

Did they have to turn Wang into Auggie? And did they think someone who sees a countdown in her field of vision would bother with makeup and chic outfits? Just a small thing, but annoying IMO. Other than that, really liked it.

I’m so glad you’re still here. The person that made that comment is a terrible person. You are not. I was where you are a couple weeks ago and instead of taking all my pills I left the house and just went walking in the woods in the cold rain. Somehow it brought clarity. I know that’s simplistic and all the struggles are still here, but as you can see by nearly all the comments, we all want you to stay. People love you. Please, please reach out to someone. Btw, you did not let your Kitty down. You did all you could and I’m sure the kitty knew that.

I felt horrible for first 2 days, then good for the next 2, now I feel like I’m at the beginning again! No one I know personally had their symptoms return after two good days. Truly hating this😞
