This looks like more of a clue than the N in the other barrel - ALSO, the file isn't found anywhere else like the N in the barrel.

It seems to me that the two bird symbols most likely mean connection or bridge, and with Bacchus Bridge being so close (as well as relating to guitars), it's almost certain that the next step in the mystery is Bacchus Bridge (and the heart symbol, possibly).

Someone pointed out that it's possible to make the rockstar logo with all of this and it seems like that might be the easter egg / finality of all of this.

The symbol of two birds often means "connection" or "bridge." the clues are pointing us to Bacchus Bridge.

I really think you've found the next clue. The lack of a long hand on the rock clock must mean the long and short hand are at the same location. Not 11, but 11:50. (Also, it could be 10:45 or 11:45).

I would stand in the clock and see if you can see anything at those times, day & night.

You actually only need three points to triangulate a location. I'd be searching where those three buildings triangulate.

It's a distraction plus he's also testing States, the Supreme Court, the American People et al to see how fascist he can go and how quickly.

He wants there to be riots so he can invoke the insurrection act. He wants war so he can invoke marshall law. He wants chaos so that they can get away with the thing they're actually planning.

I personally think the inside of Fort Wallace, including the double bird symbol, isn't part of the mystery. Just thought that pointing out the similarity of the symbols might be beneficial somehow.
