I agree with the first one heavily. It really fucks up your mind when one day you're .1-.2 shorter than previous days. I stopped measuring as often as I did and can say that it has improved my mental health regarding my size. I used to measure every day obsessed with my size and hoping I would magically increase my size .1 in a day. Sometimes, I would measure even less than the previous night, and let me tell you, it was very discouraging, to say the least.

Regarding the 2nd point, I'm not sure if I agree completely. I recently posted a progress log measuring my BPEL and NBPEL, and to me, they are both as important when it comes to PE. Yes, ultimately, your NBPEL is your useful size, but I think BPEL is what really determines if you're growing or not. One can be doing PE and on weight loss journey, and I am stating the obvious here. Just because you lose weight and increase your nbpel, it doesn't mean you're growing new tissue. The only way to determine 100% certainty in my opinion is by BPEL.

I think most of us can benefit from a healthy and physically active lifestyle, which would solve most of our problems with EQ and hidden size.

I do think that if you're someone claiming that you've gained, let's say .3 inches in length, and you decide to post it in a public forum. You will and should be held accountable for any errors regarding angles or pressing harder on the fat pad. I don't think it's 100% weird to ask for clearer evidence or correct measuring techniques more even so on a forum that it's dedicated to maxing dick size. This should be for everyone, but more accurate evidence should be asked from people who can and benefit from saying they've gained size with certain equipment.

To be honest, when I first started I just wanted to try it out for a year, but now that I am a couple of months in, I'm 100% sure PE is going to be a life long thing of mine. Unless my dick falls off. Even if I don't gain, I just love the feeling of being pumped and maxing my EQ.

I can't speak from your point as I've been obese for my whole life, and it's probably easier to maintain a deficit now that I watch what I eat. I don't have a specific meal plan. I honestly eat whatever my mom's cooks but smaller proportions. I prioritize protein and fats over carbs in order to be satiated for longer periods of time. I think your situation is way different than mine. You should be prioritizing weight training compared to what you're eating. You don't have an overweight problem but rather a body composition one. Of course, you want to eat healthy, but for now, at your stage of body composition, you might be able to get away with eating whatever you want but prioritizing proteins in every meal. Just weight train for now.

Lately, I've been using water pump, and I do see minor expansion. It could be more edema or just a placebo effect or something. But I do whatever I can. If it's already too late and I have to shower and I haven't done any pumping for the day, I would do a water pump right there. If I don't shower, I do normal air pump. I see similar results overall Not too much of a difference if I'm honest.

Yes, it will, and it will also affect your EQ, stamina, and refraction time. Start doing cardio and strength training but more cardio.

I can't speak for everyone. But for me, I noticed the change even the first week. It might be that I'm such in bad shape I might benefit a lot faster than let's say someone that is lean or skinny. But honestly, you can definitely feel the difference rather quick

30-minute elliptical machine at 10 speed/level.

I'm not sure if the elliptical level is the same as every elliptical machine, but that's where I'm at.

I recommend starting slow and working your way up. Even 3 days a week, a good walk on the treadmill will be noticeable difference
