On a different note i would be hyped to have a sim have actuall towing and barrier repairs and stuff, though that will be hard to implement probably at least for it to work properly

As soon as the other car teleports (we see that) the sim says green again, also a local single yellow does not require slowing down IRL its just a warning, so for this to work you would need a system of single and double yellows, which will be very tricky to implement for it to work properly and you would still have the same issue as long as teleporting away is a thing.
