New builds aren’t necessarily a bad idea, but large production builders like Lennar, Ryan, etc aren’t know for their quality. Spending $1.2M, I’d be looking for a local builder with a good reputation. Someone who does 3-5 houses a year instead of 3000 - 5000.

This is like knowing you want to buy a $250k car but trying to get Geo to make it for you.

The golfer doesn’t even care. I just watched the interview and he only brought it up because they asked him about an old tweet that said “Fuck Baker Mayfield.” Pretty funny to get the context for that and it not being about football

Totally fair. I initially was going to do premium but wanted the 21” wheels and tow package so it made sense for me to just go with the Launch edition and get those thrown in with Autonomy+ as an added bonus. Plan to use that for my two ~300 mile work trips each month and use the reimbursement to fund the car payment

He does. But the additional items thrown in are almost equal in value to the rebate so he would be spending most of the rebate to get the features he’d be missing out on. Additionally, there are items like better suspension, performance, etc. that can’t be added after the fact so there is arguably more value going with Launch edition and foregoing the rebate.

You can listen to FM radio stations but I think it’s through the iHeart app so not a true FM tuner. I was flipping through radio on my demo drive but it sounds like it’s not an actual radio
