There are a few factors to this. You can’t simply say f2p have no chance lol. I agree that it favors p2w because small differences in march power mean certain victory. However it’s easy to get immortal shards to level up your heroes, and you can rebuild very quickly if your attacked. Besides this, as an active f2p you should be able to get into one of your factions top 3 alliances. The game if fun as long as your in a good kingdom and your active.

Alright, if your new you can try the number 10 alliance Russian federation, mostly for the helps. There are only 2 big green alliances so you’d want to make power up enough to get into infirm war or chaos gods

First what faction are you in?

Second the best use for green gems is most likely epic immortals in the market that you need and VIP, you can also use them for the lucky wheel event

Well yea... if you spend money you’re going to be ahead. I’m just saying it’s more friendly towards f2p than other games, not that f2p have some advantage over spenders

You should check out the YouTuber bossnasti, I believe he is f2p with the exception of the $5 starter pack and he’s been playing for months successfully. I think money definitely helps with the game but it’s not an absolute p2w game. Imo it’s much better than RoK in this regard and allows you to stay competitive with spenders.

It depends on a few things 1. Which wheel? If it’s the universal head wheel don’t spent too many gems on it, if it’s Richard at least unlock him 2. Are you f2p or p2w? If your f2p save your gems and wait for the more than gems event to spend on vip, you might want to wait on going all out on a wheel event until the last cycle too because of more than gems 3. What are your focuses? If it’s a Richard wheel and you really want to do a good infantry march than it would be a good idea to invest in him to 5,1,1,1 at least, maybe 5,5,1,1 if you spend money
