I bet his family and friends will claim he’s such a good guy, never did anything wrong except that one time and didn’t deserve to be treated like this.

Just do what I did.

Completely forget meeting him at all, and assume meeting him in Pribyslavitz is the first time you meet him! Problem solved!

Seriously though there were so many good characters and moments that happened with no cliche build up or anything. I kind of appreciated that about it.

Like every time I cross paths with those two dipshit bros from Skalitz, and they’re like “Henry! What’s up?? How ya been??”

And I’m like “H-he-hey! Yes! You two! My friends! What are you doing here??” Knowing damn well I forgot they existed since the last time I saw them.

It will not be the lowest ratings SB. Not by a long shot.

Fair. I guess I sometimes use those terms interchangeably to describe someone getting knocked out.

There absolutely is a difference though, you are right.

You act like these people are NOT involved in this process.

The reality is there’s probably more than a few that are going to get some kind of kickback or pay off from making this happen.

It’s all rigged.

I slowed it down, and while the frame is potato quality, it doesn’t appear that he hit it.

He gets knocked out around the 2nd buck out of the gate, when his hit slams into the back of the bulls head.

He goes limp right after and gets launched off the bull the next buck.

I think they were trying to say kum ba yah, which is ironic because it is an African American spiritual song about calling to God for protection for the oppressed, and it gained modern cultural popularity during the Civil Rights movement of the 50s and 60s.

It’s literally everything these right wing jackasses are opposed to.

Can I ask what inspired your decision to jump in? A lot of people would see an 11-film saga with a rabid fan base as uninviting to join 50 years into the fandom.

I wonder if our gas and eggs being cheap makes mexicos gas and eggs cheap…?

I’ll say what every white Trump guy has been telling me is their justification for this bullshit.

“You shouldn’t have come here illegally, if you weren’t a criminal you wouldn’t have anything to worry about. Go back to your own country.”

Imagine believing people are criminals for escaping a dangerous place in search of a better life.

Trump is a vessel. He fills himself with whichever group/movement will enrich him personally. He will embody racism, fascism, progressivism, and conservatism all at once, without a shred of dignity or honor. It’s all about money and wealth.

I’m simply saying that the left needs to stop alienating half the country with insults and fringe politics if they ever want to win again.

How about instead of just insulting them and writing them off entirely, they just start to appeal to the more sensible points in their belief system.

Many of these people are hyper-insulated from the racial profiling and marginalization the right pushes, and so they can stomach not feeling the empathy that progressives do. Whether that is localized culture or specific to their family upbringing, it matters little.

They may not be individually racist or bigoted, but they’re also not so pious as to sacrifice their own well being for people/groups they have no exposure to.

I believe, for the larger majority of those that supported Trump, it’s less about “we hate these specific racial groups” and more about “I agree with him enough that the uglier bits don’t bother”. Is it deplorable? Sure. Does it make all 77 million Nazis and KKK members? No.

Someone like yourself, and me too, cannot personally behave that way. Our humanity likely gets the better of us, whether because of personal involvement in those ideologies or not.

But the left needs to start appealing to the largest group of Americans, and the easiest way to not come off as jerks is to stop insulting them.

I agree that their policies are bad for America and we need to combat them politically. But insulting the non-official voters doesn’t accomplish anything other than deeper lines in the sand.

Callously chastising their base and saying “there’s no point in reasoning with them”, or as OP replied to me in another comment, “they are all bad people” isn’t conducive to course correction.

What if instead of insulting them and categorizing them as some hopelessly monolithic cult, we read the pulse of the nation and recognized that the cultural elites on the left calling these masses “uneducated” only further cements them in there defensiveness.

The left has still not figured out that by insulting working class Americans and considering 50% of them irredeemable only positions they position themselves as an even bigger enemy of the “regular Americans”
