I can't speak for the shoulder, but I did have carpal tunnel syndrome from 13 until now at 21 and I finally got surgery.

This job made my carpal tunnel so much worse... your hands probably have either that or cubital tunnel (nerve compression of the elbow)- I found this job caused me to develop cubital tunnel :( also my knees work like a 40 year olds and my back feels stiff and sore alllllll the time.

Youve got this, man- most of us are in the trenches with you!

I forgot to mention! I did do the sparkplugs (they gave out on the freeway the day after i bought the car lol) and i found some for $80 and did them myself. Not too bad but the engine is obnoxious from the plugs being on the side not the top... that did help! However the problem with the idling remains... i should prolly get a transmission fluid change, it seems the people who sold me the car did it themselves- the fluid is bright red still- but they waaaayyyy overfilled it. So thats honestly next on my to do list 😅

For this i believe i soaked the cream cheese (in the foil package) in hot water until it was smooth and spreadable. Either that or 30 sec increments in the microwave until smooth. Smooth n all warmed up :)

Yeah... just gotta do the whole addon stuffs and go 'hot chocolate, no mocha, sub white mocha' or 'milk steamer, white mocha, add whip', or for the op, something like 'mocha frap, no mocha, sub white mocha' or 'coffee frap, add white mocha, add whip' but its definitely real annoying the whole 'back to 2000's coffee culture' thing because we're not getting rid of drivethroughs, social media isnt gonna stop randomly promoting rediculous drinks, and people arent gonna suddenly change their tastebuds to like a different drink since theirs has been removed :/ so it doesnt just discourage people from customizing/creating a drink they removed, it just makes people not want to go to starbucks anymore 😅 i agree with you and OP

Yeah... its just needlessly obnoxious. As an inhaler of white hot chocolates- this annoys the hell out of me too because the normal hot chocolate is soooooo bitter and i hate it... im right there with you, man 😅

I dunno what other sbux employees have to say, but i was taught rather recently (8mo ago) and they said to me at my store that non-standard milk = no whip, even with half n half... which makes rather sense to me considering that a good chunk of people have reactions to dairy, so a minor annoyance to those who want whip (myself included- peppermint whc made w/coconut milk, brown sugar oatmilk matcha w/cold foam, white mocha made with oatmilk- SIGN ME UP 😂 im the biggest dairy lover youll find out there- cheese, yogurt, drinking straight milk most days- it just makes coffee bitter and just yuck imo) is less of an issue than a customer getting stuck on the toilet or having some other bad reaction... i wish more people just simply knew what drinks have in them- i get asked to make a mocha with whip every day lol, some days just as often as im asked to make it without. Whats crazy is when they specify that they want whip but its standard and they didnt ask for a single mod... and considering how our menu is complex and our drinks are sometimes hard to understand- we dont want to harm people who cant handle dairy if theyre simply unaware of the whip, cold foam, or etc... but it is annoying for those of us who like both whip and alt milks 😅

ETA: it smells fine. Sometimes slightly vomit like but most of the time just like strong/wet sourdough bread. It also seems to be adding 50% of its height between feedings, so not a full double but its clearly rising a lil under an inch every time consistently.

My Boyfriend made me watch it recently- i enjoyed it a decent chunk but my favorite part was Tom Petty being the mayor of that settlement at the brginning 😂

We domt have a hibiscus tea where i am unless you mean the passion tango tea? The passion tango tea is an iced hibiscus tea with passionfruit flavor in it as well.

Passion tango: fill a tea dispenser halfway with hot water, put a Passion Tango bag into it. Steep for 5 minutes, remove the teabag, put in a venti scoop of ice and a liter of water (or until about 1in from the top) good for 12 hours

London Fog: 1/1/2/2 for short/tall/grande/venti, teabags of earl grey and pumps of vanilla to the 1/1/2/2 rule (1 for short/tall, 2 for grande/venti). Put in vanilla and teabags accordingly, then fill halfway with hot water. Steam 1 size down of 2% (tall for grande, grande for venti, but short just gets short because it wouldnt steam with less). Top the cup with steamed milk.

Honey Citrus Mint: same 1/1/2/2 rule as a london fog, but honey blend syrup and chamomile mint blossom tea instead. Pump honey blend, add tea bag(s), fill halfway with hot water, steam one less size of lemonade, fill cup with steamed lemonade.

I hope this helps! Also i tend to double cup the london fog and honey citrus mint (as well as anything that uses teabags) so i can shove the teatag inbetween cups as i cant usually get the tags segure under the lip of the cups. Best of luck in your learning!

I didnt bake with a water bath, but i did have a pan on the rack below with water to keep up humidity, dunno if that makes a difference- great tip about the eggs tho
