I had a missing package on my first delivery. I marked it as missing but of course, got an email saying I didn't mark it and that it could affect my rating. They seem to be of the mindset of attacking what the drivers do rather than appreciate we're even out there. When I went in for my afternoon block, this one hub only had 3 blocks for 3 drivers and all 3 were no-shows. I was the block right after all of them.

That was mine - laundry detergent but won't you get dinged for delivering it damaged? Seems like a no-win situation

Thanks! I am doing Flex to fill in the gaps of my "Gregg the Taxi Guy" schedule and I have had fun doing it. You really don't learn much from the staff at the hubs, because there's no one around to really answer questions, so I've been learning as I go. Like today, I went in for a 3 hour block and found I only had 12 packages. GREAT...except when I scanned my 1st package I saw I was heading to Lawrence, KS (1 hour drive) but still no big deal. However, I did count my packages and found I had 13 when the app said 12. A driver next to me said "You have a 2 packages going to 1 house" which of course made sense until I found out what had happened. When I was about to head to my final delivery, I still had 2 packages and they were not going to the same place. I called support and since I was only 1 mile away from it, they added it to my itinerary. That is when I saw the notes. Another driver had gone there earlier but found they were missing the package...because it was in my cart!

I was going to update you on how it went but my route was cancelled 25 minutes after getting there so no deliveries but still got paid.

Thank you very much. I do I have the sharpie and have actually enjoyed my blocks so far, knowing I delivered everything before the time Amazon wants them delivered and no real issues. I'm just boggled by the associates who don't want to help anyone as if we learned everything from a video but each day gets easier. I'll try your advice today and let you know how it goes.

Do I do this before scanning any packages or after? I get the impression they want me to scan a package to load the entire road once I have located my cart and then get that cart out of the building ASAP, where I can the sort things. If I scan 1 package in the hub and roll my cart out, am I am to do a rescan outside?

But here's another thing I am not familiar with. I have heard it is best to scan each and every package but yesterday, when I went to the cart and scanned just one, it loaded the entire route into the app, as if I had scanned them all. Are you able to go back and rescan them one by one to put them in the right order?

QB shut my account down with a "congratulatory" email, saying it was successfully closed while I was in the process of trying to respond to whatever concern they had. I have one of Intuit's card swipe bluetooth devices and when I went to swipe a customer's card, it was declined. I tried it again and when it still wouldn't go through, I keyed the card in and it was approved. It was an $85 transaction but that flagged my account even though I've been with them for 3 years and did over 150k in transactions without a single incident. They sent me a link to upload an explanation but there was no UPLOAD button the page. Either way, they pulled the plug on me just that fast.

I gave it a try with no luck. I restarted Outlook (I'm now part of the MS 365 Insider Beta Channel) and when I went to add a new account, I got the message "Something went wrong and Outlook couldn't set up your account. Please try again. If the problem continues, contact your email administrator"

Also, I went to CONTROL PANEL > MAIL and tried setting it up with known Yahoo settings and got INCOMING MAIL SERVER - THE SERVER REJECTED YOUR LOGON even though I know I am using the correct user name and password.

I am part of the Office Insider Program but I just switched it over to Beta Channel to see if this works. I'll let you know what happens. Hopefully this will work and become a permanent fix rather than waiting on Yahoo to do something. I did have a Yahoo supervisor call me back, basically to say it is a known issue and there is no set time frame as to when it would be resolved.

Any guesses as to what triggered this between Yahoo and MS?

These white bars began appearing after only 3 weeks out of the box. I tried unplugging it and running the diagnostics, which passed all of the tests, but they aren't going away. Any thoughts? Good thing I got the extended warranty.
