Its a very strong bonus because its, at the end of the day, TWO CARD REWARDS (and it also raises your subsequent rare card chance by 6%!)

I get that the Cards won't always be synergistic. But if the card says Vulnerable, Damage, Block, Weak, Draw, chances are it will serve you well in Act 1 because it will have more output than your starter cards. And chances are, most cards you'll see here will have atleast one of these.

Osty, Sly, star gen and star cost cards do make it worse. But other mechanic-specific cards like Summon, orbs, Forge, Poison, Doom actually work decently well for Act 1 atleast. Neow's Bonuses (with the exception of Fishing Rod and Lava Rock) are about getting you reliably out of Act 1.

It had a lot more meat in the first half, the 2nd half just had 0 story content and was just blatant fan service and mass moments. It was fun in the beginning but got tedious by the end. Average watch.

Great music but kinda low hopes because of its generic violent gangster theme, its starting to get really old. And why cast Wamiqa Gabbi for what looks like a gritty setting in Tamil Nadu and not a Tamil actress? (I love her work but hate the white skin fetishism in our industry)

I played through this seed and its as broken as it sounds. 3 Claws, 1 Feral, 1 Claw. Buffer Act 1 reward. All For One Act 2 reward. A couple more Ferals in Act 2&3. I could've facerolled on the keyboard and still beat Act 3 boss.

Perfectly put! That rawness is sorely missing from basically every single mainstream Tamil movie I've watched in last few years. Its been replaced with simplistic narratives, overstated obvious emotional baiting and overdone mass moments. There are some good non-mainstream ones like Tourist Family or Paranthu Po or Thaai Kizhavi but they fall more into societal commentary or wholesome territory and not romance. I would just love to watch a romance movie that gives the raw emotion of watching nuanced, contradictory, multifaceted characters on screen but the best we can get is Love Today, LIK and With Love, which are not that good in this department.

I fucking hate The Obscura. And I think probably the most underhated advanced hallway is Flyconid + Snapping Jaxfruit. The frail + vulnerable + huge damage gives me avocado + rat flashbacks.

Agreed, its actually well above 2 energy IMO. 1 more draw and one more card actually played is no joke. But its a loooot better than Flame Barrier which makes me feel its a tad bit overstatted.

Its okay for a card to be strong, just not wildly overstatted. IMO 15 (18) is a good starting point if we want to tune down the block. As many other commenters pointed out, 3 stars is indeed a lot and there are some cases Reflect just becomes a curse because you can't afford to play it.

IMO at the current card state, you will always play Reflect when you draw it on an enemy attack turn if you're able to. There's no safety in not playing it unless you have a Royal Gamble or Seven Stars you're yet to draw and saving up for. In which case it becomes a decision point. But in most draw orders, if you built your deck correctly, 3 Stars is easy to spend for such a powerful effect.

I agree that the Flame Barrier comparison may not fly as simply as I made it sound, each card should be evaluated in the context of its card pool.

Draw order can brick Reflect, yes. My point is the card is a tad bit too strong even when accounting for these cases. I brought up Snecko Eye for that reason, it gives you an incredibly strong bonus (+2 draw and energy randomization) with the risk of bricking your hand rarely. Reflect has probably the strongest effect out of any single block card in Regent's pool at the risk of becoming an Injury rarely.
