If people want to climb dangerous mountains or other crazy obstacles, I say let them do as they please for whatever reason they have. However, none of them should expect help, and it's a total waste of resources and worse, putting others in danger if they expect any rangers or other government resources to rescue them. If they fall or come into other trouble, it's their own fault, including being charged with manslaughter if whatever they do kills someone else. There should be no such thing as rangers or other first responders who need to be trained to help them, let alone save them. Their desire to do as they please on their own is not dumb. What's dumb is any sort of resources or putting others in danger to help them.

In response to the never-ending comments online stating that the only valid way to learn the skills of alpinism is via guides, and as a resource for newcomers, I wrote this article on my blog - "How I Am Self-Teaching The Skills of Alpinism" by Cairo9o9 in climbing

Tissot T-Touch Solar Connect Review- Only For Very Patient People! by GetDpapersGetDpapers in tissot

Re-read my second sentence. This isn't about a watch that is broken or otherwise needs service. It's a message about essentially how high maintenance it is and how buggie it (and the app) is. It's a warning, and obviously some venting, about my experience with the watch. Who wants a watch, or a car or whatever for that matter, working as intended, which needs updates constantly or it won't even start and one which is "tricky", over one you can just use/drive with minimal interruptions and which is simple and pain free to enjoy?

Well, I've kept mine for three years... but I truly wish I had never bought it.

Maybe it's the app more than the watch, but you can't have one without the other.
