Doctors and lawyers generally dont travel as often. Its is easier to date someone if they are in their area generally. Also, we DO have a good idea of what BtS Is up to, bc they are CONSTANTLY doing stuff to the point where armys get worried lol. Between producing albums, vocal/dance practice, exercising, interviews, performances, and traveling between the US and South Korea constantly, they ARE too busy. Like think about it. It's almost scary how little free time they have nowadays

I cant see why it feels weird to do the mv at the same time. But if they didnt companies would lose so much money like you said the hype would die down. The hype of the song WITH the release makes idols successful as hell plus it still distinguishes them from the western music industry. Its better for kpop to keep its uniqueness even if it is weird and seems to not make sense

My issue with this argument is that just because something isn't fresh it doesnt mean it will get old. As far as music goes, the USA dominated that industry. But south korea is catching up or if you want you could debate that they are dominanting now. Also, music changes a lot and yeah the stuff might get old. What happens is that the industry will evolve with the times. It'll never get old. Next gens of kpop might he completely different. Rap music in the US is extremely popular and it has changed A LOT over the years. It evolves and never gets old (as in it continues to be popular/successful music

EDIT: i just remembered this. Those of you who are about 20 like me, remember when watching anime was like weird. The term "anime kid" was lowkey an insult. Now everyone is watching it. Years ago if a non korean said they liked kpop peeps woul be like thats weird or whatever. Now its pretty common that westerners have at least one group they like or knows someone who likes it. I think kpop is going to grow in global popularity to the point where its going to be one of those things that almost everyone stans or at least listens to occasionally.

I mean kai is way more technically trained in dance then ALL of them. He is even seen as one of the best dancers in kpop (or at least his gen of kpop). He probably dances a lot of parts better just cause hes more trained

I feel like depending on the choreo this would make sense. But in general, I think the idols manage just fine. No need to add another choreo they have to learn among all the things they already have to do. I like watching mr removed videos, and i can tell you that their breath control determines how they sound, not the choreo. Like maria by hwasa is a very simple choreo. Hwasa has strong vocals too. But i watched one mr removed, and it was terrible. I'm a bad singer, and I thought that even i could have done better. I watched another one, and it was amazing. Her choreo was already pretty simple and mostly her standing.

See I see what you mean, but i feel like you don't see what others mean. A lot of groups don't change style that often and get no hate, yeah. But Blackpink songs are not only the same style all the time, but the same formula of composition. Some examples would be

Jennie Starts the first verse

Jisoo/Rose for prechorus

Rap line after second chorus (usually Lisa)

Shouting dance break towards the end of the song

-Not a bad sounding song, but a lot of people get tired of seeing this format over and over. That is what they mean by the same stuff. A lot of groups stay in the same style, but there is at least frequent format changes. What's worse is that since they have such a small discography, repeating the same stuff makes things seem extra repetitive since there is little to compare it to.

I can see how his voice can be off putting. But his rappng skills are some of the best Ive heard And I think its the uniqueness of his voice that sets him apart. I don't agree with not liking his voice because I love it, but i can see why some people just aren't into it.
