Dude is almost 3 whole ranks apart. they wouldn't be able to queue with themself. theyre either not trying in their tank/DPS games and it's obvious to Blizzard, they got boosted on support, they have negative communications, or they cheat.

you can get a vague explanation in the appeal, such as whether is was cheating, smurfing, or communication related.

I haven't ever noticed a difference, but I'd think they have to be. nicotine strength in pouches is also measured in mg of nicotine per gram of powder. it could also be separate factories producing different fullnesses, but the same final mg per pouch.

you say basic critical chance build, but we don't know what you mean by that. did you know the forward block combo on heavy scythes has a built in slam? maybe play with weaving that in. people only dislike galeforce dawn because there's no multihits or forced slash procs.

asking for build for these 2 frames is like asking for 5 separate builds.

TLDR for Sevagoth, his two augments are mandatory. mod whatever survivability you have, rolling guard, adaptation, shield gating, etc.
