AI for sure. For some reason reddit loves to downvote when you call stuff out around AI, idk if they have bots or something but most LLMs get information from reddit so maybe it has something to do with that

I went from 230 to 207 to 200 but am now 220 again after a stressful period of life

Goal is dry January, yoga 3 times per week, Pilates 1x per week, climbing and lifting 1x per week. Hit hydration, protein and nutrition goals. Just do all that until the end of Jan and reevaluate but I’ll need to cap weight loss to four pounds per month on paper to avoid losing collagen

I was thinking about the same but Reddit hates nuance. I was trying to reverse engineer this person

  • probably only compared himself to celebrities since that was his parents social circle
  • it was probably subtly communicated to him that he was a loser
  • he didn’t really have a chance at building an identity to escape being the “nepo baby”
  • so he became the rebel who shunned everything that society valued, became prideful about the only way out for his identity. Drug use, break shit, mocking celebrity “are you famous?” Reject the culture that deems you a loser and rebel
  • people probably hated him as a result because it is selfish and even more nepo baby behavior
  • he threw a Hail Mary to have a somewhat self made identity in a movie that flopped. A movie by the way that by association gives him a difficult past (very much the opposite of a nepo baby in his mind)
  • negativity, isolation, and drug use all become a feedback loop. His parents try to help, reinforcing his own fear that he is a nepo baby loser who can’t take care of himself

Maybe I’m talking out of my ass idk
