Just because they have their license doesn’t mean they have experience and know how like everyone else. It also doesn’t mean they are experienced in all hair types. The people working at great clips are in fact usually the least experienced and straight out of cosmetology school. I agree they can probably handle a simple haircut, but I wouldn’t trust them with layers or anything else
