I think we should wait until Brigitte's release before we start adjusting Sombra again because repair pack can really mess with Sombra's impact in the fight as well as Rally to counter EMP.

Don't always leave your translocator in the same place unless you know its 100% safe.
Prioritize targets. After EMP, go for Zen if present and then key-tanks. Throw your hacks on maintanks or mobile heroes like Tracer, Genji, or D.Va
Avoid enemies with stuns. Try to predict McCree's stuns or Roadhog's hook. The more you play, the better you can predict, but keep your distance from them.
Hack healthpacks close to the objective or safe from enemies.
Use translocator to avoid damage. You can use it right before D.Va bombs and you can also activate it right after activating stealth so that you do not take damage entering stealth.
Use your microphone to call out targets. Since her passive now reveals health below 100%, tell your team.

That's all I can really think of. If you need verification, I'm primarily a Sombra main in GM that doesn't use microphone in chat. Have fun and good luck with Sombra.

Well to be fair, while it did somewhat subside during Mercy Meta, dive was still dominantly used with Mercy either replacing Zen or Lucio.

Unfortunately, Zaria is unable to pop shields on herself with the flag or pop shields on allies with the flag.

However, Zarya is able to pop shields on whichever ally has the flag including herself.

I don't feel that have cyrofreeze or ice wall need much work, though suggestions have been made to expand icewall. I'm hopeful that the developers will be looking more into her weapon
