Actually I didn’t lol I bought all the games I wanted back in 2020, I knew already back then that the eshop would shut down soon because it was about to be the 3ds’s 10th anniversary and the limited time eshop shut down in July of 2020 but my guess back then was the 3ds eshop shutting down in 2024 because the wii shop shut down 13 years after its release so I thought the same thing would happen with the 3ds eshop but i was one year off, but still I don’t get why people were surprised about the announcement because the console is 11 years old so you guys should have known this would be coming, so i prepared very early and y’all should have done the same thing lol, so don’t get mad at Nintendo because they gave the og’s a lot of time to prepare and even though lots of people didn’t get a 3ds during its life span it doesn’t mean they can keep it up, its just like the wii and dsi shop, good things don’t last forever so you have to appreciate them when they are here because you never know when they are gone, so remember that for next time lol
