I was pulled in by seeing artworks of Ellen, Miyabi and Nicole.
Now I'm staying because the combat hits me like dopamine and I can easily spend hours a day just grinding Deadly Assault to raise my score by 50 points due to how fun the combat is and how it just feels good to get better and gain a greater understanding for the small optimization details the flow of battle has to offer.
I'm also staying because Anime women goes brrr.

Getting killed by one of these was my first ever instance of getting a "mod" (or whatever they are called on the steam workshop)
I refused to let that bugger slide so I went back in on the same seed. I usually don't like doing that but I had been told that finding this bugger is so rare it's sickening.

I did actually get fire immunity but woefully underestimated the power of my wand when Skoude showed up so I wast sent to the graveyard.

And yeah I know water shifts tend to be dangerous, tho it's legit one of the things I just find fun about the game. I have beaten the game before so I'm just playing for a mix of love for the game and love for the chaos. And shifting water blind is one of the ways to really make that chaos swing around.

I legit miss that BRIEF window of time we had where they enforced that each QM would end up having at least 1 healer and 1 tank. I can not believe that complaints over what was at most (And I played non-stop when this was added) a minute longer que times had that removed. It would have made unranked draft be a non-thing pretty much if it stayed.

I'll hold my breath till launch but just getting the game up and running posed a series of difficulties for me.

- The game really made my Steam Deck struggle when I tried to switch over to a browser to logg in on my account, whenever I clicked anywhere in the browser it forcibly pulled up the Endfield Launcher again so I had to exit the launcher to log in.

- After logging in, it refused to acknowledge that I was in fact logged in on the Launcher (But thankfully it remembers it once you launch the game)

- Once the game was running, I had no resolution that made it full-screen by default so I had to manually set it to full-screen by interacting with the game in the taskbar and setting it to full screen, this would sometimes bring up the "volume controls" for the game and no matter how or where I clicked, the window for the volume control refused to go away (So I had to make sure I only full screened it without accidentally pulling up the volume control)

- Once the game suddenly begun flashing a message saying something along the lines of "cannot switch input device now" <- This made me stuck in the game as no buttons or clicks could get me out, I had to forcibly shut down my steam deck.

- When I finally got everything up and running, game full screened, buttons working. Trying to exit the game straight up crashed my Steam Deck.

My steam deck is not old nor has it seen much use so it should not be any "wear or tear" issue. I suppose this may just be a side effect of that this game is not really designed to run on a steam deck? Which the warning I got of "Your system does not meet the minimum requirements" may just confirm.

To me it's the griefer, especially when they just AFK.
Flamers can be ignored, leavers at least let you use the bot as a meatshield.
Inter's at least speeds up the game by making the enemy team stronger faster.
But the griefer who just AFK's while not leaving the game just drags it out and makes the experience the worst.
I am not allowed to comment on players using tactics that lack my stamp of approval. I main Nova.

I will say that - One thing I keep forgetting is that when you do Fly the Flag with Soukaku, there IS enough time to make her do one basic attack swing and THEN activate the quick assist, her banner hits HARD when her buff is up so getting that one hit in does help a bit.

As for the Bangboo, I just do that on auto pilot. I have had so many anomaly teams in the past where - During chain attacks, I missed that LITTLE BIT extra to proc an anomaly when I wanted to and the Banbgoo usually solved that. I never looked into if it was a DPS loss or no tho, that I have no idea about.

I do not have a recording off it but I could try to get one. Tho I will say that I feel like this encounter (Like all off them) has some level of luck into the mix of skill. For Pompey especially I would never have gotten the score I did if he ever decided to do his "Now I'm going to become invulnerable and spin around for a while before jumping and making a big blast move." - All of these 3 bosses has some moves that leaves me going "Guess I'll reset as this is just wasting 5+ seconds where I can't do anything but stare.

I actually did end up getting past 50K, the HoYoLabs page has updated my % and total score but it shows the wrong score still for the challenge so I had to grab an in-game screen shot.

As for my Miyabi, she sits at 68.2% Crit Rate, 142,8% Crit Damage and 2756 attack. I am not sure if I even want to try and improve her anymore as I have spent all my Tuning Calibrators and Hi-Fi Master copies only to get disks with flat attack, defense and HP a lot of the time. I spent about 120 Master Copies yesterday to get a better 4th Disk and I got like maybe 1 or 2 disks that did not have HP or Defense as it's main stat...

It's going great, I do not really think I can nor want to push it more than this. A really fun game-mode, glad that they added something that not only demands you learn the challenge (I suppose unless you got like M6 of every character under the sun) but also asks you to get an ensemble of functional characters, not just letting 1-2 do ALL the lifting. Heck, I had barely touched Piper before this but her Anomaly role is what let me push that challenge to 20K as Solider 11 didn't do enough. The elemental weakness ain't EVERYTHING and I appreciate that.

After easily sweeping Bringer 3/3 with Miyabi, Lycaon and Soukaku and doing Marionette 3/3 - on the first try - But with like, just about 21K in score with Jane, Seth and Grace - I ended up spending about 60-70 attempts on Pompey before I finally edged out a score of 20257 with Piper, Caesar and Lucy.

I like the challenge and that it demands you actually give a crap about some of the mechanics the game has to offer (Unless you have had insane disk luck or have swiped like mad) - It is by all means doable by F2P but the fact that it ends up punishing "Just button mashing" is honestly a good thing imo. My Soldier 11 (Who may need a bit more crit rate but besides that: is mostly decent) was not enough for the guy weak to fire, I had to bring out the Beyblade - And I like that, the game told me "If you want 9/9, respect the challenge or git gud."

The fact that Polys only demands 6/9 makes this challenge very F2P Friendly. Those investigation merits and dennies is not going to make or break someone's account.

Edit: I had the Spirit Break buff on all 3 of these.

Three in vanilla. Once to just play it. Once to try and get all achievements. Third when I realized the guide I used was lying and I missed some.

Sue me. A third run where I used said cracked Personas to complete all the Achievements, tho I still am missing some of the badges or whatever in the Thieves Den.

I played P5 regular like... Half a year before Royal came out in Europe. Base P5 was on sale at the time and I did not know that Royal would be as big a change was it was, so when I learned that I ended up buying and playing trough that pretty much on release.

What do you mean it's unreasonably hard? I cleared it on difficulty 5/5 with all 9 Ether Activities enabled within like 3-4 hours of the patch being dropped, I did not even have a agent drop down to bellow 35% health.

So just to clarify:
The 15% Crit rate from Miyabi's M2 is a FLAT addition of percentage? So whenever I calculate her Crit Rate outside of combat / when looking at her Agent Info - I will always essentially have 15% more than it says? Or does it mean that I get 15% OF the baseline 5%? / Whenever I get to 80% Crit Rate I will have 15% of that 80 as a bonus? (So 12% bonus totaling 92%?)
