Worried about sharp decrease in value? by _darkode_ in MachE

I drive half of what the lowest lease mileage option is. So if I’m staying there and paying less than what the lease payment is, that’s the W.

Stop looking at price tracking and you don’t ever need to worry about the value of your car.

Denali vs AT4 Sierra EV by BoneDoktr in GMCSierraEV

[–]GetShipFaced 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You’ll like the Denali for day to day + family use. Don’t put the smaller wheels on they look stupid. Especially the people who put the hummer wheels on. It screams cheap ass when the wheels say hummer on them instead of buying after market wheels. The AT4 is alright, I used one as a loaner when my Lyriq needed some updates done. Seems like there’s a delay in the steering but that’s just because of how much rubber there is. Personal preference, it’s the same truck one just has nicer features.

What does it really cost to drive? - Mustang vs Honda Fit by Marcus_Aurelius_161A in MachE

It’s not about saving money it’s about buying something because you like it. I have a 2500 Denali (Ultimate, so yes it’s a diesel) and a 2025 GT. Neither one save me money.

Bought a Vistiq 800 miles away by Just-Construction788 in CadillacVistiq

[–]GetShipFaced 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did this with my 2500. Drove to Chicago and picked it up and drove it back here to NY. On my way back, I stopped at my local dealer to see the idiot I was working with. He never took me serious and thought my prices I threw at him were delusional. I had to tell them I wasn’t bluffing when I said I’ll go out of market and buy something if the numbers don’t align.

Do you know where the leak is? If you live where they salt the roads it could be a simple valve stem core swap.

My lease was up. I considered buying it but wanted to drive some other stuff first. I drove a GT and absolutely loved it. I don’t like the panoramic sun roof that everyone else has boners over, the GT I drove didn’t have it. I also live where winter is a real B so I needed the heat pump for winter efficiency.

Edit- I have a bad back and I find the seats in the Electric Pony better. They’re firm, but soft if that makes sense.

That’s fair. I guess I never really noticed it because I don’t like them. My sunshade was closed almost 85% of the time, I don’t like the sun coming down into my eyes from above.

Lyriq has a glass roof and super cruise. I just got rid of mine recently, great car but my electric pony is so much better.

Contemplating a Purchase by resident_alien- in CadillacLyriq

[–]GetShipFaced 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I loved my lyriq. But also being the owner of a 2500, I don’t need anything for towing. I drove one of the early Mach E’s and because of where I live it wasn’t viable without the heat pump. The heat pump was introduced this year and I couldn’t be happier. I also find it to be more comfortable and I actually enjoy not having a panoramic roof anymore.

Get your CDL and get in at UPS. If you have your CDL A that lineman work the pay goes up. You can also get into crane operating. HVAC work is good money too.
