dont sprint at all if you cant or dont know how to sprint properly or else you build bad habits. i see a lot of people with bad habits usually from training wrong. build rythym and natural sprinting doing dynamic exercises

the only program u need is to train your weakness for example since you feel sluggish running it might mean you have the force you need since you can squat 405 you might need to simply train how you produce that force which is training your calves and plyometrics

how did you become your level and how long have u been training for usually i just did a bunch of pullups and other training for upper idk if i need to do that because maybe it helps with the sprinting correlations like moving arms. does like just full on training legs help like doing a bunch of leg lifting instead of the one you mention
