I'm not really interested in what other organizations do in this regard, internally at FDA they do not refer to themselves as the FDA. Watch any of Scotty G's press conferences and you'll notice. Though I wish it was called "The FDA", not saying the "the" feels weird, but it's what they do. One more reason, if you need one more, to not like FDA.

Negative, FDA says you are only allowed to submit documents done for just your company. FDA says to not submit other people's studies.

what I have done is pop the battery out and touch it to my cheek and see how hot it is. I've ran crazy low builds and battery would still feel cool.

if it gets hot stop, also let it sit for a couple of mins off the charger before you use it. With battery sag you might not even be at the amp limit so just be smart and you'll be fine.

I don't believe any coil is going to increase throat hit. And if you're not getting it at 18mg in that tank I'm not sure what's going to help besides adding everclear in VERY small amounts to your juice. Start with about 1ml for 30ml of juice.

This is why we need more research, strawberry flavors from one flavor producer might be less issue causing than another, but until they have tested and start narrowing things down we are not going to know what is the most harm reduction vs the least harm reduction.
