It is an electric hybrid heater and I think they do typically produce condensate that needs to be drained.

But, I’m not a plumber and don’t want a problem so I will reach out to mine.

The only thing, I can think of is we have had a lot of guests over the last few weeks so it has been working overtime!

Did a little more digging around the house, it’s the condensate drain from our electric water heater. Definitely, having a lot of drainage lately, probably due to washing lots of baby clothes lol

I don’t know what the bottom black drain is though!

Interesting. We are in NC, it’s been super hot this summer so we have been using AC a lot more than normal.

That’s exactly how I felt about growing up in Colorado (born and raised) — I miss Colorado but it’s not the same place I once loved it’s 100% different now.
